Alexander Tyndall - Life Lesson Awards Honorees - 2025
Alexander Tyndall, son of Scott and Rebecca Tyndall, was chosen as MCE’s Life Lesson Award recipient for his teamwork and leadership. Alex participated in basketball, baseball, indoor and outdoor track, and cross country. Alex maintained a 3.7 grade point average and attended West Shore Community College during his junior and senior years, earning 15 college credits. Alex earned 10 varsity letters, received 16 all-state honors, combining academic and athletic all-state honors. Captain of the track & field and cross-country teams during his junior and senior year, Alex received the West Michigan D League AAA award and was on the honor roll for four years. Alex plans to attend Lake Superior State University in the fall, running cross country and track & field. Alex has a strong belief that to prosper in sport you have to love your sport, a lesson he’s tried to share with his teammates. Alex chose The Amanda Bateson Memorial
Scholarship for the donation given by the Mason County Sports Hall of Fame in Alex’s honor as the recipient of the Life Lessons Award.
